Texas Holde'm Pay Tables

In Texas Hold'em, the player who can assemble the best five-card hand, out of the seven possible (the two in their hands and the five in the middle) wins the pot. The players can thus use two, one, or none of their "private" first two cards. Although it is unusual to use none of one's private cards, it is possible, if the five cards on the board form a strong hand such as a straight, flush, or full house.

The winning combinations are: (click to see an example)

1. Royal Flush: A,K,Q,J and 10 of the same suit.
2. Straight Flush: Five cards in sequence of the same suit, excluding royal flush.
3. Four of a kind: Four cards of the same rank.
4. Full House: Three of a kind plus a pair.
5. Flush: Five cards of the same suit (not in sequence)
6. Straight: Five cards in sequence regardless of suit, Ace could be high or low.
7. Three of a Kind: Three cards of the same rank.
8. Two Pairs: Two cards of one rank and two cards of another rank.
9. Pair: Two cards of the same rank.
10. High Card: Highest rank.
11. Uncontested: All players but one folded their hand.
12. Uncalled: A player gets credit back for the uncalled portion of his/her bet.

Two or more players could tie, each winning combination have specific rules for tied players. Refer to the links above for details:

Uncontested: One winner, the one who did not fold.
Uncalled: The portion unmatched by other players is returned to this player. This is not considered a winning scenario.

During the betting sequence, one or more player may have not enough credits to match a bet, thus goes all-in. All-in players are only eligible to win up to the point where they were actively playing; meaning that once a player goes all-in with less credits than the rest a side pot is created and amounts exceeding the max amount bet per player, in a way that they all contributed the same amount, will go to the newly created pot.

Each pot requires a decision on who wins it; therefore not all players are eligible to win all pots, although some players may be eligible to opt for all pots and win them accordingly. The final winning decision will be given on per pot basis.

The house will take a rake off the pot on every hand or may decide to charge a session fee after a certain period of time; always complying with the rules and regulations for the jurisdiction.

The Blinds and Antes are going to the pot and not to the house. The house will usually not take a rake out of any tournament game winnings.
